The Joint Concert took place at Prudhoe Social Club and was a grand affair

Whittonstall Community Band on stage first.

We were first on stage - which was great really as we could sit back and relax when the other two bands entertained.

Our pieces included: Dambusters, Sing, Pirates of the Caribean and Les Miserables. Dambusters was our first public performance of this piece and I think we got a way with it! After that it was the fabulous Ponteland Community Wind Band who gave a stirring and accomplished performance.

The final performance was from the Prudhoe Community Band with the fabulous Dave signet behind the stick.

The final piece was a joint performance with all three bands blowing the roof off with the Blues Brothers - I mean nearly a hundred musicians is going too be loud!

Thanks to Prudhoe Social Club for their venue and help with this and of course our fabulous musical directors: John, Dave and Alistair for getting us through this!
